EduSpark Inc. is a corporation incorporated under the laws of Ontario, Canada. Our Business Number (BN) registered with the Canada Revenue Agency is 517824639 RC0001. The "RC" program account identifier relates to corporate income tax registration. We are a professional services company — not an accredited educational institution, not a degree-granting body and not a registered private career college.

Nature of business

EduSpark provides AI-assisted learning design, instructional design, curriculum architecture, assessment design, learning experience (LX) builds, teacher and trainer enablement, learning analytics support, EdTech integration and responsible-AI advisory services. We serve schools, colleges, universities, training providers, EdTech companies and corporate learning teams primarily in Canada.

We do not grant degrees, diplomas, credits or certifications. We do not provide essay-writing, assignment-completion or exam-taking services. We do not guarantee educational or employment outcomes.

Domain and branding

The domain edusparkco.pro is operated by EduSpark Inc. The ".pro" top-level domain indicates professional services. "Co" in our branding is an abbreviation for "company," not a separate legal entity. "Spark" is a metaphor used in our trade identity and does not imply government endorsement or accreditation.

Hosting

The Site is hosted on servers located in Canada, selected to support data residency expectations for Canadian clients and PIPEDA-aligned processing. Infrastructure providers process technical connection data (such as IP addresses and request timestamps) as necessary to deliver and secure the Site.
